Tamimi Triple Company (T.T.C.) is a leading Saudi general contracting company. Established in 1984, T.T.C.—together with its sister company—has successfully delivered hundreds of diverse projects, including palaces, private villas, hospitals, government and commercial buildings, and roadways.
The company has largely executed these projects using its own in-house equipment, with subcontractors and rented machinery utilized only when necessary.
In 2025, T.T.C. entered a new era of expansion and enhanced operational capacity through its acquisition by AK – Alkhani Projects Management, a UAE-based company founded to drive excellence in projects delivery.
The company staff is composed of different nationalities. The senior staff is basically Canadian, Syrian and Saudi, while the actual work force is Syrians, Lebanese, Egyptian and Far Eastern.
The actual number of staff varies according to the volume of work at hand. This number grew from 20 people in 1984 when the company was established to 240 people in 1992, when the work volume peaked.
The company owned equipment is always kept well maintained at its warehouse in Jeddah.
